Citrine Hills Terms of Use

Last updated: 12 July 2026

These terms apply to the Citrine Hills resident management application operated through Rimays Community. By signing in or submitting information, you agree to use the system responsibly for legitimate community management, security, finance and support purposes.

Accounts and Roles

Users must keep login details secure, use only their assigned account and notify management if access is incorrect or compromised. Management may suspend accounts, change roles or revoke access when needed for security, compliance or community operations.

Resident, Visitor and Vehicle Records

Residents are responsible for keeping unit, family, visitor and vehicle information accurate. Visitor passes, QR codes, RFID cards and gate approvals may be checked by guards and may be cancelled, expired, rejected or blacklisted according to community policy.

Payments and Receipts

Invoices and balances in the app are operational records. Residents may upload payment receipts for review. A payment is treated as accepted only after finance or authorised management approval. Bank, gateway or manual payment references remain subject to reconciliation.

Security, SOS and Incidents

Security tools help record and coordinate guardhouse operations, visitor entry, vehicle access, incidents and emergency requests. They do not replace calling official emergency services. Unless a verified official integration is expressly enabled, SOS alerts are internal community notifications only.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the app, submit false information, access another user's data, upload harmful files, bypass access controls, interfere with system operation or use community data for unauthorised marketing, harassment or unlawful activity.

Availability and Integrations

The platform may depend on internet service, hosting, camera/ANPR providers, RFID readers, barrier controllers, payment providers, email, SMS, WhatsApp and browser push services. Some functions may be unavailable until those external services are configured, tested and approved by management.

Records and Audit Logs

The system may keep audit logs of sign-ins, approvals, updates, payment actions, gate actions and administrative changes. These records may be used to investigate disputes, security events, support requests and compliance matters.

Changes

Management may update these terms, community policies, module access or operating procedures. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
